At HomeSurii, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you. Please review our Refund and Returns Policy to understand your rights and the steps to return or exchange an item.


1. Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. You may return eligible items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

Conditions for Return

  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and undamaged.

  • The item must be returned in the original packaging with all tags, accessories, and documentation intact.

  • Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return, except if defective or damaged.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  • Once approved, you will receive detailed return instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product), HomeSurii will cover return shipping fees.

  • For returns due to a change of mind or other reasons, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


2. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Refund Method

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Credit card refunds may take additional days depending on your bank or card issuer.

Partial Refunds

  • Partial refunds may be issued if the item is not returned in original condition or missing parts.

3. Exchanges

If you want to exchange a product for a different size or style:

  • Please follow the return process above.

  • Place a new order for the desired item.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom or personalized products made to order.

  • Gift cards, downloadable software, or digital products.

  • Clearance or final sale items.

  • Used or damaged products (unless defective upon arrival).


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Provide your order number, photos of the damage or defect, and a description.

We will provide a prepaid return shipping label and process a full refund or exchange promptly.


6. Cancelling or Modifying an Order

  • Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.

  • You may return the item once received, following our return policy.
